We are seeking an experienced ICT Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage key accounts across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maintaining customer relationships, particularly within Retail, Government, Healthcare, and Education. Experience in Hospitality, Branded Residences, Oil & Gas, and Banking is a plus. A solid technical background combined with techno-commercial and presales skills is highly preferred. The role requires someone with an established customer base in the UAE, the ability to identify new business opportunities, and the expertise to position ICT and ELV solutions that address client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management

Manage and grow relationships with his existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Ability of converting deals from his existing clients to orders in final Quarter of 2025.

Develop and execute account plans with respective Vendor Account Managers to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within target sectors and assigned accounts and his existing accounts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including senior management, procurement teams, CIOs, CISOs, and IT leaders.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and delivering tailored ICT solutions.

Oversee client relationships from pre-sales, Sales to post-sales, ensuring smooth delivery and support and act as main point of contact for allocated accounts.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
Solution Selling & Presales
- Present and demonstrate ICT & ELV solutions (e.g. and not limited to Networking, Wi-Fi, Cyber Security, Servers, Storage, Backup, IPTV, Telephony, Digital Signage, CCTV, GRMS, SaaS, Cloud Hosting, Managed Services) tailored to industry needs.
- Prepare and deliver commercial and technical proposals, and respond to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Conduct site surveys, proof-of-concepts, presentations and product demonstrations.
- Strong understanding of Managed Services and ability to position complete Portfolio of AMC and Managed Services.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate, customized client solutions and smooth delivery and execution of projects.
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Achieve revenue and gross profit targets while qualifying for competitive commission structures.
- Provide regular updates to the Line Manager on sales activities, pipeline status, opportunities, challenges, and forecast accuracy.
- Ensure timely reporting of key account developments and competitive insights to management.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and activity updates using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
Market Research & Collaboration
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, technical support, operations) to align with business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years proven experience as an ICT Account Manager or similar role in the technology sector, preferably with a leading global or local systems integrator.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the UAE.
- Strong customer network in Retail, Government, Healthcare, and Education sectors (reference checks will be conducted).
- Strong techno-commercial skills with the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Demonstrated presales experience, including solution design, BOQ configuration, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of ICT & ELV solutions, including SaaS, IoT, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation technologies.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the MENA region.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Preferred: Experience working with high-profile clients through networking, referrals, and research in the UAE region.
Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)
- Vendor sales/presales certifications in networking, security, cloud, or ICT infrastructure (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Ruckus, Commvault, NetApp, Microsoft, HPE, Dell).
